The location is ideal as it is only 6,2 km away (15min drive) from the City of Rethymnon, 1,3 km from Prines and 2.5 km from Atsipopoulo village.
In Prines there are three beautiful tavernas with home made traditional Cretan cuisine with a large variety of meat and vegetarian dishes. All three provide a delivery service right at your villa!
In the village of Atsipopoulo there are two big super markets, cafes, tavernas, ATM, bakery and pharmacy.
The city of Rethymnon with its activities, lively nightlife and historical sites it is just 6,2 km away from the villa.
Renting a car is necessary in order to explore the numerous attractions and sightseeing of the island.
The complex is easily accessible by the north national road which connects all 4 major cities and airports of Crete.
Accommodation fee (10 euros/night) is not including in price and is paid on the spot upon arrival.

We have settled in Rethymno with my wife and son since 2006 after we returned from Manchester UK where I spent many years to complete my training in Dermatology and my Doctorate thesis from the University of Manchester. I love nature, meditation, and music as I am musician myself. Vederi offers me the opportunity to relax and enjoy the stillness with great clarity experienced in the grounds and landscape of Vederi Estate. The flora and horticultural is breathtaking, we also have private gardens with a variety of herbs and spices of Crete. All orchards are to be enjoyed, the organic fruit, vegetables, spices of the Estate.
The Villas are located in Rethymno, in a village named Adele just 1,5 km from the nearest sandy beach. There are 2 independent villas built in 5 acres of private olive grove. The villas can accommodate up to 12 persons and are ideal for large groups or for 2-3 friendly families! Also the fact that you can rent both villas together offers you the advantage of both having vacations with friends and having your private place for you and your own family! The view from the traditional villas is fascinating as ahead lies the largest olive grove of Crete!
The villa is a brand new property, in the beautiful village of Agioi Pantes in Apokoronas of Chania.
There is a two payment installments: 30% once a booking is confirmed, payoff 30 days prior arrival. The guest pays either by Credit Card or PayPal. In case of a cancelation, Cretico will refund the guest, according to the cancelation policy selected by the villa's owner.
