Booking Proccess & Service Fees

Once you find the villa of your dreams in Greece, you have two options: 

 The "Book now" button sends a booking request to a host for the specific dates you selected.

 The "Contact Owner" button lets you communicate with your host directly, through our secure messaging system.

When you enter the check in and check out dates in order to make a booking request or an inquiry, you will be informed about the total cost of payment, including Cretico’s fees (6% on the final booking price). You can pay securely either using your credit card or through your PayPal account. 

Villa Like Home ensures that the payment is safe until you arrive at the villa, and release the funds to your host 24 hours after your arrival. In case of cancellation we are here for you to refund the amount you are due to be given back according to the cancellation policy of the villa.
