The villa consists of 6 separate bedrooms (where in total 13 guests can accommodate), a fully equipped kitchen area with dishwasher, laundry room, iron, iron board, a living room area with a fireplace, and ample outdoors.
All six bedrooms have a TV and individually controlled AC.

The Villa is located in the village of Dafnedes, Mylopotamos, within Rethymno Municipality. The village, built at an altitude of 160m and set amidst a green hill, counts 500 years of existence with obvious marks of Venetian and Turkish traditions on the buildings of the village which visitors can observe and admire while walking through the narrow streets.
It is a unique, harmonious place for relaxation and tranquility surrounded by the rich nature of Crete.
The villa is 32km away from Rethymno city, 51km from Heraklion, and 14km and 23km from the famous beaches of Panormo and Bali respectively, 7km from the nearest mini-market at the adjacent village of Perama.
In village Perama, which is about 7 km far from the villa, there are mini markets and taverns. Also in the village Melidoni, which is about 5 km far, there are some taverns and cafes. In the gas station near the villa you may also find some mini market products.
- Accommodation fee (10euro/night) is not included in the price and is paid upon arrival

There is a two payment installments: 30% once a booking is confirmed, payoff 30 days prior arrival. The guest pays either by Credit Card or PayPal. In case of a cancelation, Cretico will refund the guest, according to the cancelation policy selected by the villa's owner.
