ACCOMMODATION
This exquisite beach resort comprises a magnificent main villa and an opulent independent apartment suitable to accommodate up to 7 individuals.
The main villa comprises of two floors. The ground floor features a single-space room that combines a living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The living room extends onto a veranda, which features a private swimming pool with an immediate view of the beach. The ground floor also features a full bathroom with a bathtub and one double bedroom, with a balcony offering garden views.
On the top floor of the villa, there are two bedrooms and one bathroom with a shower.
The main bedroom features a double bed, a veranda, and breathtaking views of the swimming pool and the beach of Almyros. The second bedroom features a single bed and a veranda. This room is perfect for parents who want to keep their child close by.
Our complementary independent apartment offers guests a private space to unwind. The apartment features one ensuite double bedroom, a working desk area, and one more living room. Further to the above, a dedicated fitness area exists in a separate space for guests who like to keep fit while on vacation.
Outside, the villa features a swimming pool with a direct view of the beach of Almyros and the city of Agios Nikolaos. There is also an outdoor shower, chaise-lounges, outdoor furniture, and a dining area. The stone path of the villa leads directly to the beach, surrounded by a beautiful garden in harmony with the natural environment, filled with stunning flowers and trees. The villa also offers two parking spots for guests.

Architecturally designed Cycladic style villa overlooking the Gulf of Mirabello on an arid mountain-scape of Crete. Constructed with organic shapes and amazingly lush exterior spaces facing towards the sensational landscape of sea and islands, the villa is framed naturally and gracefully fits in with its surroundings. The garden and orchard, which were created by a landscape architect, combine decorative and scented species in order to enjoy fruits and flowers the entire year-round: olives, oranges, mandarins, lemons, figs, mousmoulia (a type of peach), pomegranate and aromatic plants - mint, rosemary - turn sitting in the shaded lounge near the garden into a deeply relaxing experience. The villa and gardens have been designed to provide multiple areas of shade during the day as the sun moves around the villa.
There is a two payment installments: 30% once a booking is confirmed, payoff 30 days prior arrival. The guest pays either by Credit Card or PayPal. In case of a cancelation, Cretico will refund the guest, according to the cancelation policy selected by the villa's owner.
