This villa is the larger of the two Villas, located in a rural setting but within easy access of Stavros and the lovely City of Chania. Tranquility is just what you can expect staying in this modern fully equipped villa with a private pool and outside spaces. The villa has also a large outside kitchen, dining and sitting area.
On entering the villa you will step into the dining room, with access to the pool. To your right is the sitting room and straight ahead the large fully fitted kitchen. Leading off the sitting room you will find a covered outside space. To the left with a smart tv is the TV lounge and a door leading to the guest house. From the dining area you can access the swimming pool and past this the covered outside living area. There is also a guest WC on this level.
Read moreUpstairs you will find a double bedroom with lots of storage and an ensuite shower room and a huge balcony with sea views. There is a family bathroom and two single bedrooms. Both these bedrooms have balconies with either sea or mountain views. There is also a large terrace with sea views.
On the lower level you will find an office space and twin bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a laundry room.
The guest house has a sitting room, shower room and kitchenette on the ground floor and a double bedroom and shower room on the lower level.
The two villas can be booked separately or together for large groups.

The famous village of Stavros is just a 20 minute walk. Here you will find a selection of places to eat, the beach and two mini-markets.
A short walk from the villa is the main road to Stavros where one can get the bus to Chania.
The Akrotiri has a number of beaches and a good selection of places to eat so we recommend a car.
The small town of Kounoupidiana is 7km where you will find supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, ATMs, pharmacies and a doctor.
Chania town is 14km away.

This villa is a 220 sqm property consisting of 3 levels. Built on the highest level of the plot, it enjoys panoramic views ranging from the blue strip of Souda Bay, the scattered Apokoronas villages to the magnificent White Mountains.
There is a two payment installments: 30% once a booking is confirmed, payoff 30 days prior arrival. The guest pays either by Credit Card or PayPal. In case of a cancelation, Cretico will refund the guest, according to the cancelation policy selected by the villa's owner.
