This villa is built on three levels. The middle floor is at ground level.
The entrance of the villa is on the middle floor and it leads to a living area with comfortable seating and a corner study, a double bedroom (with a built-in wardrobe) and a family bathroom. The living area and the bedroom access a wrap-around balcony with breathtaking view. The balcony offers an outdoor sitting area with loungers.

A marble staircase from the main hall leads to the downstairs main living space of the villa.
This floor consists of an open plan living and dining area and a kitchen.
A third bedroom with en suite bathroom is located on this floor. This bedroom directly accesses the pool area.
Another bathroom is accessible just off the living room.
The modern open-plan kitchen accesses an outdoor shaded dining/sitting area and the poolside. The outdoor dining/sitting area offers a wooden dining table and benches and 2 sofas.
*The villa can accommodate up to 6 persons plus one more guest (upon request). The extra guest sleeps in a folding bed which can be placed in a bedroom area.

Our Resort consists of 12 luxurious villas with private eco pool® swimming pools and BBQ. Our Resort was completed in 2009. It is situated in south Kefalonia (in Trapezaki), only 12 km from Argostoli (the Capital) at the foot of the legendary mount Ainos, known for its famous black fir and wild horses.

There is a two payment installments: 30% once a booking is confirmed, payoff 30 days prior arrival. The guest pays either by Credit Card or PayPal. In case of a cancelation, Cretico will refund the guest, according to the cancelation policy selected by the villa's owner.
