The villa is a complex which is open all year round and consists of 3 newly stone-built apartments in traditional Greek style, designed to provide all modern comforts.
Each apartment is simple elegance with a large and airy living room with dining area and a fire-place, and an open plan kitchen. The apartments lead out onto shaded terraces for alfresco dining; overlooking the gardens and the Aegean Sea.
Read moreIn every apartment the kitchen is fully equipped with a full size cooker with oven, a large fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, sandwich-maker, coffee maker and any crockery, cutlery, pots and pans you may need for your stay. There is also a washing machine and an iron and ironing board available.
The bedrooms are spacious and sunny with double / twin beds. The wrought iron beds are of a traditional Greek style and there is ample cupboard space in the bedrooms. Child cots may be requested from the hotel in advance.
The luxury bathrooms are fully equipped with modern amenities and a Jacuzzi bath, or a hydro-massage shower cabin.
All the apartments are fully air conditioned which out of season can be reversed to supply warm air.

The Villa is located close to the small and quiet bay of Kerveli, amongst colourful gardens of bougainvillea's, fruit trees, olive trees and aromatic herbs - a perfect place to relax and unwind. About a minute's walk from the beach (200 meters)
Kerveli enjoys wonderful sunrises as it is situated at the easternmost end of Samos, said to be the first place the sun strikes in Greece each morning. The hills around the bay are covered from cypress trees, olive groves and beautiful gardens, all the way down to the clear turquoise waters of the Aegean Sea.

Across the sea, the coast of Asia Minor becomes visible as a colorful stripe of lights twinkling along its coastline and the port of Kusadasi. As the summer progresses the rising of the moon gets more spectacular, appearing as a huge ball over the mountains creating a moon path in the sea.
Kerveli's gently sloping beach and the Aegean's warm waters delights all of her visitors. With its great bathing and snorkelling and the ample shade offered by the gardens contributing to a relaxed and comfortable stay.
In the bay there is 'Kerveli' and 'Platanaki' beach, both are shingle beaches which become sandy a little while after you walk into the sea. The waters are calm and shallow making it ideal for children and non confident swimmers. The calm water in the bay is perfect for exploring the sea-life and snorkeling. Some shade is provided by the tamarisk trees.
Just off the coast of Kerveli there is a small uninhibited island called 'Kasonisi', easily reachable by boat or pedal-boat. There is also a path leading to the beach just opposite the island with a narrow strait of shallow turquoise waters making it easy to walk across. This remote sandy beach is an ideal location for a romantic and relaxing break.

There is a two payment installments: 30% once a booking is confirmed, payoff 30 days prior arrival. The guest pays either by Credit Card or PayPal. In case of a cancelation, Cretico will refund the guest, according to the cancelation policy selected by the villa's owner.
