They are four brand new luxurious villas located in a peaceful area of Pigianos Kampos, just a few meters away from our organised and well thought out private beach. There are two different types of villas in the complex. All the villas have been designed to offer privacy with clear views of the sea!

Each villa has private sun beds on the crystal clear water's edge! There is a safe organised playground for children, plus a vegetable garden in which you can "use" with our gardener's help and taste home grown vegetables.
This villa is one of the two front villas with a direct view to the sea. It is a single-story building with 2 bedrooms and can accommodate 4 people in beds, up to 5 people if it is necessary.
INDOOR LAYOUT
Entering the villa there is an open plan area which consisting of the living room with satellite HDTV and Nintendo Wii, the indoor dining area and a fully equipped kitchen of top quality fixtures. Open the doors to the veranda which connects the indoor living area with the pool and the garden. Then as you pass through the hall way, there are two bedrooms, one with a king size double bed and the other with 2 single beds which can be transformed to a double one if it's needed. At the end of the hall way, there is a bathroom with hydro-massage shower cabin and full of "Apivita" and "Cocomat" bath amenities.
OUTDOOR AREA
The villa has its own fenced private area covered with grass and flowers, a heated swimming pool with hydro massage jet and sun beds. The swimming pool can be heated with additional 35€ per day upon request. Next to the pool there is also a hot tube for 3 people! In addition there is an outdoor sitting area and a gas barbecue station from Porphyritic.
The pool contains a pool alarm system for child safety.

The villa is a beautiful newly built stone house with all modern facilities. The villa is situated in the village Asteri, only 14km east of Rethymno.
The villa is a beautiful bungalow holiday villa located on the island of Crete near the town of Kyrianna. The surroundings are characterized by the astonishing nature and breathtaking views. The white beaches are only a few minutes from the villa. Kyrianna is set around 15 kilometers south east of Rethymnon.
There is a two payment installments: 30% once a booking is confirmed, payoff 30 days prior arrival. The guest pays either by Credit Card or PayPal. In case of a cancelation, Cretico will refund the guest, according to the cancelation policy selected by the villa's owner.
