The villa is a brand new building. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 shower-bathrooms as well as a spacious living / dining room with fireplace for some cozy times in winter. The kitchen is in a semi-separate space and offers complete equipment and utensils. The villa is surrounded by verandas looking out to the deep blue Aegean waters and the Parian hills. There are some wooden pergolas for shade and outdoor dining table and coffee table, so that whatever you do, you can always enjoy the panoramic view! In the yard, you will find a BBQ a traditional wood oven.
Either summer or winter, you can still have the same kind of relaxation for body and soul. This is why there is a glass-ceiling porch equipped with a built-in sofa, air-condition and central heating, where you can spend countless hours relaxing your mind. The indoor swimming pool next to one of the bedrooms will also lighten up your body and freshen up the spirits!

The area is of distinct beauty and less than a
10-minute drive from Parikia. Note that you will need your own vehicle to get there. At the hill of Agios Arsenios, in the pure countryside, there are no neighbors; so, you will really enjoy the peace and quiet. The villa doesn't disturb this natural environment but rather adorns it. It is unique accommodation for holiday-makers throughout the year!

The villa is fully-equipped and tastefully furnished in the classic style of the Cyclades and adorned with artworks and pieces designed by local artisans. The villas has both front and back furnished verandas with sea and/or garden views that are ideal for dining al fresco, sunbathing or just soaking up the splendid setting and sweeping sea views.
The villa has 3 bedrooms where can sleep 3 couples and an independent guest house where can sleep a couple. There are 2 bathrooms in the villa and one more in the guesthouse. The guesthouse is separate and a full equipment studio. The size of the villa is 426m2. All the bedrooms have balconies which overlook the sea and air conditions. There are also large outdoor verandas with a barbeque and views of the aegean sea and a private swimming pool.
There is a two payment installments: 30% once a booking is confirmed, payoff 30 days prior arrival. The guest pays either by Credit Card or PayPal. In case of a cancelation, Cretico will refund the guest, according to the cancelation policy selected by the villa's owner.
