The villa is part of a complex of four individual villas with plenty of common space along with their own private areas. The villa is comprised of two floors. The upper floor (entrance level) consists of the living room, the kitchen and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee, espresso and juice maker, as well as all dishes and silverware to enjoy great dining while there. Over the living room there is a loft that has a queen-sized bed with beautiful sea and sunset views. At the lower level of the villa there are three bedrooms. There is a master bedroom with a king-sized bed, walking closet and en-suite bathroom. Adjacent there is the kid's room with a bunk bed that sleeps three (2m x 1m each bed) along with a twin bed. Lastly there is another bedroom with one queen-sized bed. Those two bedrooms share the third bathroom of the villa. You can sleep a total of seven adults and three children or three adults at the bunk bed. The villa has Wi-Fi, cable TV and a full set of stereo and music, including an iPod ready sound system in the master bedroom.
Read moreThe outdoor area includes a beautiful private garden, a pool and a lovely terrace overlooking the most magnificent sunset view in Mykonos. Outdoors there is also a gas BBQ for great dining. The pool is of a small size (6meters x 3meters), but great for a morning or evening dive. You can also go swimming at the beach which is right under the house, about 60meters (less than 200feet) away. There are two beaches, one is sandy out and a little rocky in and the other one, which a little further (another 50meters away), is sandy both in and out. There is plenty of parking on the common premises.
Lastly there is a cleaning service once a week (could be arranged for more often at an additional cost) as well as a superintendent-handyman on the premises.

There is a two payment installments: 30% once a booking is confirmed, payoff 30 days prior arrival. The guest pays either by Credit Card or PayPal. In case of a cancelation, Cretico will refund the guest, according to the cancelation policy selected by the villa's owner.
