Ample space within the living room is filled with comfortable furniture, designed to accommodate two or even three people, elegant decoration and hand-embroidered pictures, which outline the mood and the aspects of local daily life.
Furthermore, large windows, allowing for the freshly sea breeze to pervade the interior, and a fireplace for restful and romantic evenings complete the illustration of the lounge area that is connected through the dining room with a well-equipped open plan kitchen.
Finally, for those insisting to maintain a contact with what is going beyond this sublime environment, various facilities are available like internet device, satellite TV, DVD player, home cinema and hi-fi equipment.
Terrace & Pool
The terrace and the pool are integral aspects of each villa adding a prestigious character to the provision of services.
Actually, the open-air terraces contemplate directly the magnificent view of the bay while they are also surrounded by individual gardens with trees and wild flowers, inviting you to recover and experience harmony in mind.
For refreshing your body the private seawater pool is at your disposal. Pools are 40m² and 1,60 m deep, they are getting cleaned, and they are completed with sun chairs and loungers.

Wine, water and fresh fruits will welcome you on arrival. Daily cleaning (5d/w), linen changing, iron & board, laundry service and technician emergency service. Baby cot & babysitter service on request.

The next village is 2 km and in 13 km you may find Agios Nikolaos, a harbour town with taverns, shops and supermarkets.

A thoroughly enjoyable two weeks staying in the Villa. Nothing was too much trouble and the very genuine and hospitable people at the Istron Bay Hotel and Villa complex made my stay very pleasant.

As soon as you pass along the paved corridor and enter the area of the luxury villa, enclosed by stone walls and green fences, you feel completely at home.
A beautiful 2-bedroom villa for 4 people with a private pool and splendid views in a unique location, surrounded by nature, just 10 minutes by car from Agios Nikolaos.
There is a two payment installments: 30% once a booking is confirmed, payoff 30 days prior arrival. The guest pays either by Credit Card or PayPal. In case of a cancelation, Cretico will refund the guest, according to the cancelation policy selected by the villa's owner.
