These beautiful villas each have their own private swimming pool, parking area and terraces. They include covered pergolas, BBQs, sunbeds and outside dining areas. Raised flower beds have been dressed with decorative gravel and planted with shrubs.
All bedrooms have their own bath/shower rooms, hair dryers, generous wardrobe space and full height mirrors.
The sitting rooms have comfortable double sofas and internal dining areas, as well as terrestrial and satellite TV, DVD, USB port for MP3/iPod Dock and HDMI socket.
The villas are non-smoking and we ask you to respect this and to only smoke outside.
Although only a few minutes from the main road and Kalo Chorio a hire car is essential. Beaches, shops and tavernas are only a few minutes drive away.
Villas Hibiscus is identical. It is a 2-bedroom fully air-conditioned villa sleeping four guests and is set out on two floors.
The lower floor, with access to the parking area, infinity pool and terrace, comprises the lounge/dining/TV area, kitchen and the utility room/WC.
The upper floor has one bedroom with a double bed and one with twin beds, both having their own bath or shower room and balcony with spectacular views over the surrounding countryside and inspiring Mirabello Bay.

Kalo Chorio is a small village, 10 minutes drive to the south of the town of Agios Nikolaos, nestling attractively in the midst of a verdant hilly landscape, where olive groves and local shrubs are abundant.
There are three main beaches all a short distance from the villas welcoming sun-worshippers, wind-surfers and scuba-divers. With clean and pristine waters, from golden sands to a quiet and long pebble beach, the beaches have modern facilities including cafÃ©s, sunbed rentals and toilets. There are also many other blue flag awarded beaches within a short drive. It is also possible to explore sheltered coves along the coastline.
Kalo Chorio maintains a traditional feel. It is a small village with tavernas, bars (many with internet access) and shops close by.
The village of Istro is a short distance away on the site of the ancient town of Istrona, remains of which are still being uncovered.
The cosmopolitan town of Agios Nikolaos is only 7 kilometers away with bustling cafÃ©s and shops around the port area, marina and lake. Enjoy the vibrant night scene with many restaurants and bars. It was the setting for the 1972-3 U K BBC-TV series The Lotus Eaters.
Also within an easy drive are Elounda (the setting for the 1972-3 U K BBC-TV series Who Pays the Ferryman) and Plaka with trips to Spinalonga Island (the setting for Victoria Hislop's best selling book The Island made into a 26-part Greek TV drama in 2010), Kritsa, Sitia, Lassithi Plateau and many other towns and hidden villages all having something special to offer.

Change over days are flexible
Beach/pool towels supplied.
The villa is cleaned weekly with a change of bed linen and pool/beach towels plus a twice weekly clean of villa towels.
Should an additional villa clean or change of linen and towels be required these are available at an extra charge
The pool is cleaned twice a week and is not maintained during the winter season (November to March)
The oil fired central heating system is available for use during the winter season (November to March)
Vodafone mobile Wi-Fi unit is loaned free of charge with a 2mb-15 day SIM available at cost (€20)
A security deposit of €300 is payable to our manager on arrival.
