The house itself consists of four master bedrooms, about 50sqm each, with walk in closets and large baths. Each bedroom is equipped with a safe, an in built blow dryer, an iron, a coffee tray, a boudoir in the closet with a full length mirror, a desk with telephone and internet connection, and a 40 inch flat screen TV.

Included in the rental price is cleaning twice weekly and linen change once weekly, or as otherwise specified.

It is fully air conditioned, Wifi is available in all rooms, and there is a villa manager that is on call at all times to provide guests with any help and information they may need.

There is a two payment installments: 30% once a booking is confirmed, payoff 30 days prior arrival. The guest pays either by Credit Card or PayPal. In case of a cancelation, Cretico will refund the guest, according to the cancelation policy selected by the villa's owner.
