First floor:1 double bedroom 36m2 with a Jacuzzi bathroom 20m2. 1 twin bedroom 20m2 with en suite bathroom, 1 twin bedroom 22m2. All bedrooms face balconies.There is a living room 110sq. m. with a fireplace, a 42'' plasma TV and a Dolby Surround system. Play station 2 & 3, VCR, DVD, a radio and a CD player.You can enjoy a cup of coffee / tea or a drink at the wonderful veranda.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the electric devices, like a microwave, an oven a dish washer, a washing machine and a drier.
Second floor :
2 double bedrooms 36m2 with en suite bathrooms. In each room there is a 21' TV set - vcr - sat1 - sat2 - tuner - air conditioning - Wi-Fi Internet.

There is a two payment installments: 30% once a booking is confirmed, payoff 30 days prior arrival. The guest pays either by Credit Card or PayPal. In case of a cancelation, Cretico will refund the guest, according to the cancelation policy selected by the villa's owner.
