Both of the bedrooms access a pergola-shaded balcony with outdoor seating. Fantastic panoramic view can be enjoyed from the balcony.
The ground floor is accessible by a marble staircase, leading down from the main hall. The spacious living room on this floor features a stone fireplace with concealed lighting that creates a very intimate atmosphere at night.
Off the living room there is an outdoor covered sitting area by the poolside, with sofas (one is a built-in sofa) and a table.
The living room offers direct access to the dining room and open plan kitchen. They both have doors leading to the pool area. A third bedroom and a family bathroom are also located on this floor.
The villa also features an outdoor dining set of a wooden table, benches, and two chairs.
*The villa can accommodate up to 6 persons plus one more guest (upon request). The extra guest sleeps in a folding bed which can be placed in a bedroom area.

Our Resort consists of 12 luxurious villas with private eco pool® swimming pools and BBQ. Our Resort was completed in 2009. It is situated in south Kefalonia (in Trapezaki), only 12 km from Argostoli (the Capital) at the foot of the legendary mount Ainos, known for its famous black fir and wild horses.

There is a two payment installments: 30% once a booking is confirmed, payoff 30 days prior arrival. The guest pays either by Credit Card or PayPal. In case of a cancelation, Cretico will refund the guest, according to the cancelation policy selected by the villa's owner.
