Taking full advantage of the site's nature, the project is developed on various levels, which all afford unique views of the sea.
The beach features a series of small sandy coves separated by colourful rocks. The sandy seabed has an average depth of 2 metres at a distance of 10 metres from the shore. For the comfort of bathers, the beachfront has been improved and converted into a sandy beach, while a small marina with mooring quay for small, private leisure boats has also been created.
The Village is fully fenced, with access through a controlled, permanently guarded gate. A maintenance crew is also assigned. Residents are able to contact the administration directly in case of any problems that
require immediate attention.
Car rental is needed.

Since our Villa is located at a Private Village Complex, by law it is required to have quiet hours.
During the summer season from 15:00 to 17:30 and from 23:00 to 7:00.
During the winter season from 15:30 to 17:30 and from 22:00 to 7:30.
Summer period shall be the period from 1 April to 30 September.
Winter period shall be the period from October 1 to March 31.
We kindly request from our guests to respect the quiet times.
Pets are allowed upon request.

The newly renovated two-storey house has country house, family atmosphere and it is built on the central square of the old traditional village of Vlychada.
There is a two payment installments: 30% once a booking is confirmed, payoff 30 days prior arrival. The guest pays either by Credit Card or PayPal. In case of a cancelation, Cretico will refund the guest, according to the cancelation policy selected by the villa's owner.
