The village Pitsidia is located in the most southwestern part of the Valley of Messaras, in the Prefecture of Heraklion. This traditional village is blessed with many gifts. It is known for the unique morphology of its land, mountain slopes and blooming hills with thousands of beautiful flowers, bushes, herbs and fruitful trees which all contribute to making it beautiful throughout all seasons.
Standing tall opposite the area is Mt Psiloritis, the largest mountain in Crete, which at times is covered in snow and fills visitors with awe and admiration at its splendour.
The beach of Komos is very near the village (1,5 km), which anybody can visit either by car or on foot through the sandy paths and planted vineyards, almond trees, fig-trees, cedar trees and small hills.

The villa is located in the centre of the village of Kamilari. It was built in 1903 in neoclassical style, restored in 1996, provides 5 bedrooms, and has a spacious yard and a panoramic view of the sea and the mountains.
The villa has a private swimming pool and it is situated in the beautiful environment of a quiet hillside, an ideal place for relaxation, with amazing view to the sea, the mountain and the sunset, in a distance of 100m from the traditional village Listaros in Southern Crete. The villa is set in its own private plot of 600m2.
This villa is a renovated stone made traditional manor-house situated in the traditional village Kamilari in Heraklion Prefecture.
There is a two payment installments: 30% once a booking is confirmed, payoff 30 days prior arrival. The guest pays either by Credit Card or PayPal. In case of a cancelation, Cretico will refund the guest, according to the cancelation policy selected by the villa's owner.
