Villa 1 - Sleeping 8, the first house comprises three levels of luxury.
The upper level is home to the master bedroom. Enjoy the stunning views through the large glass windows from the luxurious double bed. To get the best view, you do not need to step outside the comfort of your bed, simply use the remote control to alter the mattress position and if you want to leave all those tensions behind, select vibrate! Amenities include a flat-screen satellite TV and DVD player. The en-suite bathroom has a hydromassage mood shower with radio, WC and twin washbasin. This level enjoys a balcony with spellbinding views.
The middle level comprises an open plan area with a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining area. There is a separate WC with a single washbasin. A bedroom is located on the split level of the ground floor and has a double bed with twin mattresses, flat-screen satellite TV and DVD player. It has an en-suite bathroom with hydro massage shower, WC and single washbasin, as well as a terrace.
The lower ground floor (garden level) includes 2 bedrooms. The first has a king-sized bed with twin mattresses, flat-screen satellite TV and terrace. The second has twin beds, flat-screen satellite TV and terrace. It also features a PlayStation 3. Both Terraces access the gardens. There are 2 bathrooms with shower, WC and single washbasin. The gym room that is found on this level, has a rowing machine, a treadmill, a bicycle and an elliptical cross-trainer.
Villa 2 - Sleeping 4, the second house comprises another three luxurious levels.
The first floor has a double bed and a flat-screen satellite TV. The en-suite bathroom has a hydro massage shower, washbasin and WC. Balcony.
The ground floor comprises a fully equipped separate kitchen and open plan living and dining area. There is a separate WC with a single washbasin. The lower ground floor has a utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. The games room has a pool table. There is a separate WC with shower and single washbasin.
Outdoors, a large, fresh-water, free-form swimming pool with state-of-the-art cleaning technology to eliminate the use of harsh chlorine adds to the outdoor spaces. The pool has ladder access and an open poolside shower. It is 10m x 4.5m in size with a depth ranging from 1.20m - 2.10m. Around the pool, there are plenty of poolside sun loungers. A free-standing 6 person jacuzzi with canopy cover and mosquito nets is also provided.
Our large, beautifully tended gardens provide many chill-out areas with sea and pool views that will make you reluctant to leave the villa. Set back from the pool, the main house has a large outdoor dining table and remote-controlled canopy which is a great place from which to enjoy the warmth of a greek summers day with protection from the midday sun, drinking in the colours and fragrance of the adjoining gardens, only listening to the mesmerising birdsong. Expect stunning sunsets as you watch the sun fade into the sea below. It is time to light the candles on the main terrace and make way for some al fresco dining under the stars.
As the estate is rented as a whole, friends or families have the unique opportunity to combine private living areas with an array of facilities aimed at pleasing a crowd. The 30m mini football pitch, pool table, table tennis table, and gym will not fail to keep you entertained. The Villas are located in the quiet coastal resort of Maleme. They are set in an ideal location for those who wish to have the tranquillity of a quiet location while still having amenities to hand and livelier resorts within a few minutes drive. The estate is in an elevated position yet within 2kms of the local beach with its small promenade, lined with a handful of seafront cafes and tavernas. There are a small supermarket and a couple of tourist shops within the resort.
Nearby is the pretty fishing village of Kolymbari, famous for its fine fresh fish & seafood tavernas. You will also find an array of facilities and a good shingle & pebble beach in Kolymbari. For guests seeking a faster pace of life, the livelier resort of Platanias is within a few minutes drive. With an abundance of restaurants, tavernas, cafes, bars and discos, Platanias has it all. There are also numerous supermarkets, bakeries and tourist shops in Platanias. The beach is sandy. Four beaches around the villa have been awarded the Blue Flag eco-label for the quality of their waters.
Chania town is a short drive away or can be easily reached by public bus or taxi. Known as 'Little Venice' it is something not to miss during your stay. Chania boasts beautiful Venetian and Turkish architecture. Narrow streets lined with Bougainvillaea stem from its famous harbour. Visit the archaeological, folklore or naval museum, shop in the countless craft shops or leather lane and enjoy the rhythm of music coming from one of Chania's wonderful restaurants, cafes and bars.
A great base from which to explore the local area, the Villas are within a close drive to the port of Kissamos, from which you can take a boat to the breathtaking lagoon of Balos. The award-winning beach of Falassarna is nearby with its pink shell lined shores and for those wishing to go a little further afield, a drive down to Elafonissi Beach is not to be missed. Explore the local villages and countryside around Maleme and discover why Cretan people are so famous for their hospitality. There are a whole host of places to visit within the area should you manage to prise yourself away from the villa.

Heraklion airport is 2hrs and 20mins.

It was a very nice stay at the villa, which is located a little bit up the villa for a nice view. You can walk in 10min to the beach with lots of nice restaurants right at the beach. Everything was clean and the personal butler also did for us a BBQ. We haven't met Notis himself, but his father, which was also perfect. He introduced us the entire property and gave us some good tips. The villa is about 40min from the airport chania, which is ok. I would recommend to fly in and out of chania. It is worth it. Heraklion seams to be a little bit overloaded, even in off season. The villa got a very nice and big pool with a Jacuzzi at the side. So you can do a complete wellness program. Some bedrooms are very big, some others are just fine, but all are very clean and nice. There are also a ping pong table and a workout room. We would go there anytime again. Thanks Erwin and Friends

Everything at the villa was as excpected, and even better! The bedrooms were nice, and kitchen had everything we needed. The pool area was very nice, and the mini football field was in use every day. The hosts were very polite and helpful trough the week! Huge thank you for the week!

The villa is a unique, luxury self-catering accommodation for a large group, with private pool, that can sleep 10 -15 persons comfortably. Set in a rural area, it is close to the beach and only 10' driving from Chania town, in Crete. It astonishes newcomers with its artistic style and the spaciousness of its architectural design.
The complex consists of 4 villas, built around a 96 sq. m swimming pool, 200 m. from the beach, with a mountain and sea view.
The porticoed main entrance door leads into a spacious L shaped, open plan living area, with a large fireplace in the corner, with 2 sofas and easy chairs grouped around a large coffee table.
There is a two payment installments: 30% once a booking is confirmed, payoff 30 days prior arrival. The guest pays either by Credit Card or PayPal. In case of a cancelation, Cretico will refund the guest, according to the cancelation policy selected by the villa's owner.
