Read moreIts interior includes a modern, open-plan living room (with fireplace), dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen on the ground floor. On this floor, there is also an auxiliary room which can be used as a second living room or a library, and a WC which contains a laundry machine. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom. A large balcony with astonishing views over the Stalos area and broader surroundings is accessible from both bedrooms on the first floor. Two more bedrooms with twin beds and a third bathroom are on the top floor.
All of the bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned. In the living room, guests may make use of a Flat HD TV with satellite antenna and DVD player.
EXTERIOR
The exterior of the villa comprises two terraces with panoramic views over the village of Stalos, the sea and the surrounding area. The first porch (ceramic arbour roof), equipped with patio sitting set, is accessible from the living room on the ground floor. The second, larger porch, shaded again by a ceramic arbour roof, is reached by the hallway and can be used as an outdoor dining area.
Additionally, there is a barbecue facility and an outdoor dining area by the pool for those who would not miss the chance to prepare the most delicious, home-made meals for their beloved ones.
What is more, a spacious private pool with an outdoor shower and sun loungers around offer the ideal setting for relaxation under the warm Cretan sun.
The villa is secured by a wall fence and a sliding door while plenty of parking space is available in the surrounding area.

The small, deserted island of Thodorou (Agii Theodori), just 5km into the sea from Stalos beach, can be admired for its rough natural beauty. The legends have it to be the island of the petrified Monsters and it will surely be an experience to listen to the fable from the locals. Yet today, the island serves as a rearing place for the Cretan mountain goat, Kri-kri, an endemic endangered species. On the island, the foundation remains of the three-aisled chapel of the St. Theodori are also to be seen.
The hamlet of Pano Stalos is built amphitheatrically on the slope of the hill above the coast, south towards the inland. Many facilities and services are offered here as well. Namely, just 500m away from the villa, two famous traditional taverns, Merovigli and Leventis offer the chance to taste exceptional local delicacies.

The Holiday Villa is situated in Maleme, built on a historic and famous hill. Not only does it offer amazing views, but this villa in Maleme also has quick access to other parts of the prefecture of Chania.
The porticoed main entrance door leads into a spacious L shaped, open plan living area, with a large fireplace in the corner, with 2 sofas and easy chairs grouped around a large coffee table.
This villa is the larger of the two Villas, located in a rural setting but within easy access of Stavros and the lovely City of Chania. Tranquility is just what you can expect staying in this modern fully equipped villa with a private pool and outside spaces. The villa has also a large outside kitchen, dining and sitting area.
There is a two payment installments: 30% once a booking is confirmed, payoff 30 days prior arrival. The guest pays either by Credit Card or PayPal. In case of a cancelation, Cretico will refund the guest, according to the cancelation policy selected by the villa's owner.
