Living room
The warm and traditional style of the living rooms offers for moments of relaxation in contemporary luxury.
The living room has a 49''LG TV, a DVD player and a sound system.
The space is dominated by wood, while the big engraved dining table gives a touch of aristocracy.
Kitchen area
The spacious chicken area includes a large fridge, a fitted cooking unit and a dishwasher, all state-of-the-art appliances. Fully equipped with all appliances, the kitchen is there to fulfil all guest's needs and is sure to satisfy even the most demanding visitor.
Next to the kitchen, there is a small laundry room.
Bedrooms
The villa has three bedrooms, one downstairs and two upstairs.
The bedroom downstairs has two (2) single beds, while upstairs one room has one queen-size bed and the other one two (2) single beds.
All bedrooms are equipped with TV sets and wooden engraved furniture and offer an equally enchanting view, either to the mountains or the sea.
Bathrooms
Each floor has its own bathroom. Downstairs, the bathroom is equipped with a standing hydro -massage system, while upstairs you can enjoy a relaxing foam bath in the bathtub.

Ramni is a mountainous village but it is not that far from the sea, considering that the nearest beach is approximately 15 km away.
The village is 30 km from the city of Chania, via the motorway.

Its really difficult to know where to start with this fantastic villa. High in the foothills of the White Mountains, the views over Souda Bay and the White Mountains are truly amazing. The village of Ramni is very quiet and very Greek although the locals show typically Greek friendliness. The drive to Kalyves (the nearest town) snakes through the foothills and is precipitous in places but not difficult. Dimitris is a fantastic host - he kept in touch with emails and responded to every request quickly. We were met at the villa by Dimitris and his family who were so welcoming and settled us in really quickly despite the late hour. They were equally accommodating on our departure giving us a little extra time because of our late flight in the evening (although we were aware that this was because the next guests were going to be arriving late). The villa is fantastically equipped with a great kitchen and a TV that Dimitris will make sure is capable of picking up broadcasts in your own language. The outdoor barbecue area is awesome and so well equipped and the swings, see-saw etc were great for the youngest in our party (as is the little swimming pool). The swimming pool is also amazing and was beautifully clean and well maintained and if you get bored of swimming you can spend time watching the swallows drink from the pool! Despite being high up and quite exposed the outside areas of the villa are really well designed and if the heat drives you to find shade there are plenty of spaces to sit. Some people may find the villa a little isolated as it is a 25 minute drive to Kalyves (less to the nearest restaurants) but this truly is a place to chill out and get away from it all and enjoy amazing views and fantastic Greek hospitality!
The Villa is a located in Megala Chorafia village, Apokoronas, just 9km from the town of Chania. Set on this outstanding and serene location, in close proximity to the north Cretan coastline, with a superb mountainous background and plenty of amenities nearby, the villa guarantees its guests an unforgettable holiday experience.
This cozy stone house, stands in the quiet nature of the typical Cretan landscape , at walking distance from the center of the picturesque village of Douliana, just 3 kilometres from the blue flags of Kalives and Almirida. The house has views of the surrounding green hills. It has two small but fully equipped kitchens (fridge, boiler, coffee pot, small oven, 2 hot plates)
The villa was built in 2009. Situated in an idyllic location in Kambia, municipality of Vamos, Chania, Crete, it is ideal for holidays that combine both mountain and sea.
There is a two payment installments: 30% once a booking is confirmed, payoff 30 days prior arrival. The guest pays either by Credit Card or PayPal. In case of a cancelation, Cretico will refund the guest, according to the cancelation policy selected by the villa's owner.
