The villa is 200M2 and consists of 6 double bedrooms all with en-suite facilities, all enjoying the beautiful views. Four of the bedrooms have large private balconies where you can enjoy magnificent sunsets and cooling sea breezes. The villa boasts a beautiful, modern Italian designed kitchen, dining area and a large open plan lounge with fireplace, sat TV/ DVD player. The outdoor area is divided for shaded dining with a large table for alfresco dining and feature barbecue.

The kitchen is spacious and well equipped for entertaining and outside dining as it leads out to the shaded barbecue/ dining area. The kitchen is fitted with a halogen hob, oven and microwave and dishwasher and is equipped with ample crockery and cutlery for indoor and outdoor entertaining.

The village of Stavros at the tip of the Akrotiri peninsular nestles at the foot of Zorba's mountain, the film location for Zorba the Greek. The traditional village is flanked by 2 beautiful sandy beaches which are equipped with parasols, sun loungers and surrounded by tavernas where you can enjoy a refreshing drink and delicious freshly cooked food. There are 2 mini markets where you can buy essentials and a short drive away at Kounapidiana there are many larger shops including banks, pharmacies, bakers, fishmongers and coffee shops. The villa has many beautiful sandy beaches nearby, Tersanas beach is sheltered and popular with families, while Kalathas is more bustling and boasts a beach taverna serving amazing local produce. The Taverna at Blue Beach is a stunning place to relax over a refreshing drink after sunbathing on the beach or snorkelling around the rocks. If you are looking for water sports Marathi is a short drive away and neighbouring Loutraki offers a lively beach scene.

We were a group of 20 whongather e from around the world for a wedding vow renewal. Twelve of us stayed at the Villa Delfini. We had a most memorable time there. The villa was beautiful and well-appointed. The views were stunning and the pool was perfect! Any questions or concerns we had were immediately addressed by the wonderful property manager. If you have ever dream about a holiday villa in Chania in blissful seclusion where you can lose all sense of time, then this unique property will prove ideal, enjoying one of the most enviable positions you are ever likely to find in Crete.
Designed by Aristomenis Varoudakis, the natural environment has been used to create some unique features for our guests. 'The Reading Tree', a shady quiet spot where you can just relax and read your book, and 'Carob Circle', a circular sitting area under a large carob tree, lit up in the evenings, with 'The Overlook', a private viewing seat set amongst the shrubs provide quiet spots for two. The olive trees offer a harmonious existence with nature enhanced by the mix of indigenous planted herbs, especially thyme, and colorful shrubs close to the villa. As with most olive groves you will find not just the large carob tree, "harupya" (in Greek), but others, since carob is considered as a necessary tree to have on one's land. A private drive leads you to shady parking spaces for two vehicles.
The villa is a unique, luxury self-catering accommodation for a large group, with private pool, that can sleep 10 -15 persons comfortably. Set in a rural area, it is close to the beach and only 10' driving from Chania town, in Crete. It astonishes newcomers with its artistic style and the spaciousness of its architectural design.
There is a two payment installments: 30% once a booking is confirmed, payoff 30 days prior arrival. The guest pays either by Credit Card or PayPal. In case of a cancelation, Cretico will refund the guest, according to the cancelation policy selected by the villa's owner.
