There are approximately 7 steps of an exterior staircase that lead from the kitchen to the pool deck. The pool deck extends to a spacious pergola-shaded sitting/dining area, ideal for outdoor dining or a cool sunset drink.
On returning to the main hall there is a marble staircase that leads to the ground floor and main sleeping area.
All four bedrooms of the villa are en suite.
*The villa can accommodate up to 8 persons plus one more guest (upon request). The extra guest sleeps in a folding bed which can be placed in a bedroom area.

Our Resort consists of 12 luxurious villas with private eco pool® swimming pools and BBQ. Our Resort was completed in 2009. It is situated in south Kefalonia (in Trapezaki), only 12 km from Argostoli (the Capital) at the foot of the legendary mount Ainos, known for its famous black fir and wild horses.
Our mission at our Resort is to exceed the requirements of our Guests for enjoyable vacation, always offering the greatest possible comfort and luxury, in an exceptionally tranquil and fine environment.

There is a two payment installments: 30% once a booking is confirmed, payoff 30 days prior arrival. The guest pays either by Credit Card or PayPal. In case of a cancelation, Cretico will refund the guest, according to the cancelation policy selected by the villa's owner.
