This is a two floor villa with the main entrance situated on the upper floor.
Upon entering the villa is the living room and onto the right, there is the kitchen and the dining area.
Read moreFrom the dining area there is access to a balcony with an outdoor dining set and view to the sea and the mountainous terrain. A different door offers access to the pool deck area.
To reach the bedrooms there is a marble staircase to the lower floor.
The main bedroom (en suite) has the advantage of a walk-in wardrobe and opens onto an outside shaded sitting area, with table, chairs and a sofa.
Both bedrooms access the garden and a further set of stairs leads to the pool area.
*The villa can accommodate up to 4 persons plus one more guest (upon request). The extra guest sleeps in a folding bed which can be placed in a bedroom area.

Our Resort consists of 12 luxurious villas with private eco pool® swimming pools and BBQ. Our Resort was completed in 2009. It is situated in south Kefalonia (in Trapezaki), only 12 km from Argostoli (the Capital) at the foot of the legendary mount Ainos, known for its famous black fir and wild horses.

This villa consists of two floors. On the ground floor there's a very spacious kitchen and dining area, adjoining to the living room.
There is a two payment installments: 30% once a booking is confirmed, payoff 30 days prior arrival. The guest pays either by Credit Card or PayPal. In case of a cancelation, Cretico will refund the guest, according to the cancelation policy selected by the villa's owner.
