This villa is situated in two levels. The entrance to the villa is from the upper level.

One of the bedrooms features a walk-in wardrobe and en suite bathroom.
There is an extra bathroom on the lower floor. Both bedrooms have access to the garden and a patio.
*The villa can accommodate up to 4 persons plus one more guest (upon request). The extra guest sleeps in a folding bed which can be placed in a bedroom area.

Our Resort consists of 12 luxurious villas with private eco pool® swimming pools and BBQ. Our Resort was completed in 2009. It is situated in south Kefalonia (in Trapezaki), only 12 km from Argostoli (the Capital) at the foot of the legendary mount Ainos, known for its famous black fir and wild horses.

This villa consists of two floors. On the ground floor there's a very spacious kitchen and dining area, adjoining to the living room.
There is a two payment installments: 30% once a booking is confirmed, payoff 30 days prior arrival. The guest pays either by Credit Card or PayPal. In case of a cancelation, Cretico will refund the guest, according to the cancelation policy selected by the villa's owner.
